Refund policy

At SnazzleFly.com, some of our products are custom-made to order, while others are not. For custom items, which are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or style was chosen, or if you’ve changed your mind. For non-custom items, our standard return and exchange policies apply. We appreciate your understanding and support!

30 Day Returns

If your product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery at support@snazzlefly.com. Include a clear photo showing the issue for us to address the problem effectively.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom made products. Similarly, non-returnable items include custom printed products (like special orders or personalized items), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personal care goods (like beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you have the option to opt for a replacement (subject to an extra charge) or a partial refund.

DTG Products

For Direct to Garment (DTG) products, please be aware that there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations in the print placement will not be considered defects.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, it's important to note that while there is a general 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, this does not apply to all products from our store. Our goods are made to order or clearly personalized, which are categories that are exempted under EU consumer rights for cancellation or returns. However, this exception does not override the specific policies outlined above regarding damaged items or manufacturing errors. In such cases, we adhere to our commitment to address any issues in line with our return and refund policy. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order, as our personalized items are crafted uniquely for you.

Refunds

In cases where a return is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at support@snazzlefly.com.
